Delivery Times

Customised Products (with logos or decoration): Customised orders typically take 7–14 working days for delivery, starting from the date artwork is approved. Please be aware that express shipping is not available for these items. Garment decoration work will only commence once specific design instructions have been received from the customer or after a mock-up design has been signed off via email.

Non-Customised Products:

Standard delivery is generally 3–5 working days.

Certain brands may require 6–10 working days, depending on product availability. (Some suppliers may take longer to send garments to us due to the variety of brands we offer. While we aim for the fastest turnaround, occasional supplier delays may extend this process.)

International Delivery
We are pleased to cater to orders outside of the UK. For more information on delivery and shipping costs for international orders, please contact us for a quote. Shipping prices will vary depending on the order size and destination. Once this information is provided, we will gladly offer you a detailed quote along with an estimated delivery timeframe.
Returns Policy

Please note that 14-day returns are not applicable to personalised / customised garments. If an issue arises with such items, replacements will be provided.

Returns will not be accepted for customised / personalised garments also for items that are returned in an unsuitable condition or fail to meet the specifications agreed upon by both parties. Examples of unsuitable conditions include:

Clearly used or worn (other than for trying on).

Dirty or covered in pet hair or other debris.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If your item is received damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing relevant details and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate. Any claims for faulty items will be dealt with in accordance with UK consumer rights.
Refunds Prior to Delivery:
- Refund requests made before your order has been dispatched will be considered at our discretion. Please note that if production has already started on customising your order, we may not be able to process a refund. Once the production of customised items has commenced, it becomes difficult to offer a refund.
Customised Orders:
- As all of our items are made to order and customised to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been placed and production has begun. By placing an order, you agree that the items are non-refundable unless they are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exclusions:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection, so please ensure your order is correct before proceeding. If you are unsure about your order, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Legal Rights:
- This policy is in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you certain rights when purchasing goods. You have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
Important Guidelines for Returns

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, i.e., unworn apart from trying on.

Restocking fees will apply, ranging from 15% to 30%, depending on the items involved.

Any shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
